About 3 minutes. No call needed to see your options.

How it works

You see your options and what they cost before we ever talk.

  1. 1

    Show me what you have

Tap through what you use now and what isn't working. Three minutes, no sales call.

  2. 2

    See your options

You get a plain list of what you need, the tools that fit your kind of business, and what it costs three ways: do it yourself, have me set it up, or have me run it.

  3. 3

I set it up and keep it running

Everything is built in your accounts. AI does most of the legwork, I check all of it, and you have one person to call when something needs to change.

The website is the part people see

Most small businesses don't need more apps. They need someone who knows which ones, sets them up so they work together, and keeps them working.

Booking that fills your calendar instead of your voicemail. Deposits collected before you buy supplies. Every inquiry answered the same day. Reviews that show up without you asking twice. Paperwork you can find in ten seconds.

That's the job. AI makes it affordable for a business your size, because it does the busywork and I do the thinking.

Three ways to do it

The walkthrough gives you exact ranges for your business. These are the starting points.

Send me the plan

Free

  • What you need and why
  • Which tools fit your business
  • The order to set them up

You set it up yourself. No strings.

Set it up for me

One-time

  • Built in your accounts
  • Connected so the tools talk to each other
  • Handed over with logins and a short how-to

A site plus each system you add.

Running a shop or a small manufacturer?

Start with a Lean Shop Assessment. I walk your office and your floor, time where the hours actually go, and hand back a short written map of the first three moves ranked by payoff, with one quick win already working before I leave. Fixed price, credited to your first build if you go ahead.

You own everything

If we ever stop working together, you keep it all and it keeps working.

Your accounts, in your name
Domain, hosting, email, booking and payments are registered to you. I get user access, and you can remove it anytime.
Your work, once it's paid for
The site, the content and the setups are yours to keep, change or take somewhere else.
No lock-in
Monthly plans run month to month. Give 30 days' notice and I hand everything over with a written handoff.
Tool bills go to you
Software subscriptions bill to you directly, at their price. I don't mark them up.
Nothing goes out without a person
AI drafts. You or I approve. Nothing is sent to your customers automatically unless you decide it should be.
Your data stays yours
Customer information stays in your accounts. It isn't sold and isn't used to train anyone's AI.

Got a preview link from me?

It's a free concept of a better website for your business, built from what's already public.

It isn't live, search engines can't see it, and nothing on it takes orders or collects anyone's information. You don't owe me anything for it.

If you like it, the walkthrough shows what it takes to finish it and hook up the parts behind it: booking, payments, follow-up. If you'd rather I take it down, tell me and it's gone the same day.

What happens next

Who you'd be working with

I'm Austin Ritz. I run operations at Taylor Turning, a 23-person CNC machine shop in Wixom, Michigan, in business since 1984.

I replaced the shop's old database with a system the floor uses every day, moved years of paperwork into it, and set up AI agents that do back-office prep under approval. Now I do the same work for other small businesses, at the size that fits them.

  • 198Krows of part history moved

A custom system that replaced an Access database

Work in progress, scanners on the floor, inventory, QuickBooks reconciliation and an owner dashboard.

  • 6,114archived prints filed in a day

    Paper to system

Scans matched to the right part automatically. The 225 with no match were held for review instead of guessed.

  • 14missing proofs caught in the first 154 packets

    Delivery paperwork, filed by job

Batch scans split into one packet per shipment and attached to the job, with the gaps flagged.

  • 20AI agents, all behind approval gates

An AI back office that asks first

Receivables, payables, recruiting and store work. Nothing is sent or paid without a person signing off.
